RETURNS POLICY
Ruggedwear® wants our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchases. If you find that for some reason you are unsatisfied with a purchased item, we will happily accept the return of an unworn item. We will allow a full refund in the original method of tender or process provided that all criteria are met and the credit card holder and relevant card are present for a credit card refund. We can’t process a refund on a gift receipt unless you have the original invoice.

RUGGEDWEAR® DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR CASH REFUNDS. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AS STORE CREDIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS PURCHASED ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
Customers can return or exchange an item(s) within 30 days of purchase, provided that the following criteria are met:

  • The docket or delivery note is retained as proof of purchase
  • The swing ticket is still attached
  • The item has not been worn
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • The merchandise is returned within the store of purchase
  • Merchandise sold with a promotional gift can only be returned if the promotional gift is also returned at the same time

EXCHANGES POLICY

We will gladly exchange garments for a different size. Please note the same rules and procedures governing refunds apply for exchanges as well.

  • Gift cards
  • Face masks
  • Face shields
  • Face buffs
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM(S) BOUGHT ONLINE?

Items bought online can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to your nearest Ruggewear® reseller outlet together with the dispatch note that was included with your order. 

Alternatively, you can return your order to our factory shop (address below). Please send the tagged, unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. Without this information, we may not be able to refund you. You will be refunded in store credit within 14 business days of the return of the item, minus original shipping charges.
Please read the returns policies online as there are some categories of merchandise that have a shorter returns period and some that will attract a handling fee of R25.00.

If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend you make use of registered post.

FAULTY PRODUCTS:Each garment we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the slight case that you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace it or refund the cost (in store credit) as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR MY RETURN?

If you paid for the order using your Ruggedwear® account we will credit the value of the returned items back into your account. If you paid with credit card or debit card, our cashier will credit the value of the returned items to your card.

EXCHANGES:We will gladly exchange garments for a different size. Please note the same rules and procedures governing refunds apply for exchanges as well.
